What’s your measure of faith for your business?

To anyone who’s aspiring to be an entrepreneur, I want to be honest with you. There will be sleepless nights, there will be periods of stagnation. But, if you know that you know that you know that you have a vision and a dream, then you have to keep pressing forward.

This is the ultimate key to your success.

It’s not just your talent, capital or know-how…it’s how you take consistent action as an entrepreneur without giving up.

This kind of stick-to-itiveness requires FAITH IN ACTION.

I’m so thankful for the measure of faith that I have for business, because I often meet people who tell me the dream of a minimalist. The reason that they do that is because that’s all they have faith for at that time.

I don’t want anyone to walk away feeling defeated or feeling like their business is not flourishing at the correct rate. Or, feeling like a failure because you don’t have the instant success that social media and the internet advertises that you should have.

I want to get you to the first step of putting your faith to action by focusing on only the next required step without getting overwhelmed by the entire process. Sometimes, the process of getting to your destination has to be drip-fed to you so that you don’t drown in the daunting aspects of the big picture.

Focus on consistently putting one foot in front of the other in each 24-hour period. If it’s support you need as a next step, then get support. If you need to reach out to one person, then do it. But, put action to your faith one step at a time.

You may not have the faith right now, but we can build that faith.

Faith is built step by step and by trusting the process. With each stride you make forward, your faith will grow. That is how faith is developed.

But, some people want it fast. They want quick success. However, there is no way that I would be here to serve you if I had built my multi-million dollar national medical staffing franchise in “90 days or less.”

There are some things that you can only learn in process. This will be imperative in your success as a business owner and even in your life.

Now, I am a fan of shaving off time, and saving money by following an experienced and seasoned mentor’s business model. You can achieve some shortcuts by joining yourself with an expert whose results you desire to emulate and whose values you share. But, don’t join yourself with anyone who is selling you magic – it simply does not exist.

A successful life and business is not magical. I am thankful for the valleys and peaks in my business because it has helped me build a solid foundation of faith.

We do live in an era of acceleration, and that’s wonderful! But, you have to consider your unique purpose and what you personally need to learn, build, act on and grow into in order to achieve success that lasts and a business that has longevity.

Getting this faith piece down is critical to your success…

It’s all in the action – that’s the missing piece (and following a strategic plan towards your dream.)

Excitement is not a strategy. Excitement is not faith. – Nicole Robinson Caillier

If you’re one of those people who is reading this and you’re saying: “You know what, Nicole, my faith hasn’t been in action. I need action. I need someone to come alongside me. I’m not at the finish line, but I need to get further down the line than I have ever been before.”

The good news is that you do not have to do it on your own. It’s all about how you approach this race and we can run this race together! Keep rocking, keep grooving, it’s a journey and it doesn’t happen overnight.

I sit here as potential. I sit here as the possibility. I sit here remembering the journey of being where you are.

Now, when I walk through my facilities, I am floored at the beauty in my office and the team that has come alongside me. But, I also remember how I felt, and some of you may resonate with this…

I remember how I felt when I was sitting in a tiny office, with no employees, and could barely pay the lights and the rent. I didn’t have lights at home because I had to have them at the office.

And, I share that because there may be someone reading this who may be experiencing that or something similar.

Now as I spear-head a multi-million corporation I see clearly that all that girl had was FAITH IN ACTION.  She didn’t have anything else. She didn’t have anything different from you.  She didn’t have any special powers.

All I had was the faith that said “Keep going, girl.” The lights may be about to get cut but “Keep going, girl”.

Keep going by putting faith into action!
